In Home Meal Preparation

Meal Prep

Meal Prepping is the practice of planning and preparing meals in advance. This prevents everyone's least favorite feeling of, "I don't know what to eat".  My goal is to save you time and ensure you have nutrient dense meals available in your own home! This service is ideal for busy working families who desire more family time and quality food. I can cater to specific diets, dietary restrictions, and allergies. Further, I try and focus on what you CAN have rather than what you CAN NOT have.

I specialize in whole foods, vegan, vegetarian, and plant based. Plus knowledge of traditional Indian recipes but my menu is always customizable to the clients needs.
