Do you cook in my home or deliver meals?

We cook all meals in your home. This ensures everything is as fresh as possible and tailored to your needs.

Do I need to provide groceries or equipment?

We will bring all the groceries for your meals. We cook in your kitchen, so having basic pots, pans, and utensils is all that is needed. If any special equipment is required, we will let you know in advance.

Do you clean up after cooking?

Yes, I always leave your kitchen tidy! After cooking, I clean the dishes, counters, stovetop, and do a light sweep of the floor so your space is neat and ready to enjoy your meals. Please note that deep cleaning, pest management, or extensive household cleaning is not included in my services. For your comfort and safety, I kindly ask that your kitchen be clean and ready for cooking before I arrive.

Do you bring your own cookware?

I bring my own professional knives to ensure they are clean, sharp, and safe for clients with food allergies. Aside from knives, I use your kitchen's cookware, appliances, and utensils. I kindly ask that your kitchen be reasonably stocked with basic tools, pots, pans, and baking dishes so I can prepare your meals efficiently.

When does a menu have to be confirmed?

Do I need to be home during service?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to be home. For the first visit, it's helpful if you're available to show me around the kitchen. After that, I can cook while you're out, and if you're home, I just ask that kitchen traffic be kept to a minimum. If you need to grab something, just let me know!

What happens if I need to cancel my cooking session?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charge will apply. Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the full service fee will be charged.
Cancellations within 24 hours or the day of the service: 100% of the full service fee will be charged. Please refer to the cancellation policy for more information.
